TAÇAS TIBETANAS (Tibetan Bowls) com Antônio Prata


Antônio Prata, professor de Artes Visuais, de Yoga Integral e formando na Escola Internacional de Taças Tibetanas e na Cosmic Gong, tem vindo a desenvolver um projeto entre as artes plásticas, a meditação e o Som.

Durante um "Banho Sonoro Terapêutico" ou Sound Healing, o corpo humano é exposto ao som e à vibração, provocando uma massagem sonora e terapêutica.
A ressonância desta vibração atua ao nível físico, mental, emocional e espiritual, estimulando os sistemas linfático, endócrino e imunitário e permitindo um relaxamento do corpo e da mente.

Em consequência, desbloqueia emoções, permite uma expansão da consciência e conduz-nos a um estado profundo de tranquilidade e bem-estar interior.

Antônio Prata, teacher of Visual Arts, Integral Yoga and graduate of the International School of Tibetan Bowls and Cosmic Gong, has been developing a project between the visual arts, meditation and Sound.
During a "Therapeutic Sound Bath" or Sound Healing, the human body is exposed to sound and vibration, causing a therapeutic sound massage.
The resonance of this vibration acts on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, stimulating the lymphatic, endocrine and immune systems and allowing relaxation of the body and mind.
As a result, it unlocks emotions, allows an expansion of consciousness and leads us to a deep state of tranquility and inner well-being.
