KÉK TAKEOVER / TRIENAL DE LISBOA

How can we, as tourists, contribute to the local ecosystem? What can strangers give to the local community? How can we become a part and experience a place and its community coming from the outside?  
These questions frame the upcoming three-day Takeover by KÉK — Hungarian Contemporary Architecture Centre, stemming from the legacy rule left by Forecast on the previous takeover: knock on 10 unknown doors. 
As newcomers to the city of Lisbon, KÉK aims to redefine the modes of discovering the neighbourhoods around the Palácio Sinel de Cordes – Alfama, Costa do Castelo, and São Vicente – by knocking on many doors during our stay in a literal, explorative and figurative sense. The participatory programme focuses on opening new discussions, presenting good practices and facilitating the co-creation of a sustainable visit through a selection of local initiatives in the field of arts, design and architecture.  
 Placemaking and community event series at the Palace will be held between 23th and 25th of November. KÉK and the Trienal de Lisboa teams are inviting you to participate in the process of discovering Lisbon through workshops, presentations, a photo exhibition, walking tours, movies, and an international food exchange night.

 WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PARTICIPANT?
On Thursday 10am / Walking tours exploring the neighbourhood of the Palácio based on the Architects’ View mapping project, co-created by architecture studios of Alfama, Castelo and Saō Vicente
On Thursday 18h30 / Community Photo Exhibition opening: Thresholds Explored about doors between Lisbon and Budapest
On Thursday 19h, too / Movie night at the Palácio Sinel de Cordes, screening the amazing film Silêncio - Vozes de Lisboa
On Friday 19h / Presentations of special projects from Lisbon and Budapest, that deal with the question of tourism in innovative and creative ways 
On Saturday 16h - 22h / International Food Exchange night at the Palace

  TRIENAL DE LISBOA  
Como podemos enquanto turistas contribuir para o ecossistema local? O que podem pessoas de fora dar à comunidade local?  Estas questões lançam o takeover de três dias do KÉK – Centro Húngaro de Arquitectura Contemporânea, a partir da regra deixada pela Forecast no takeover anterior: bater a 10 portas desconhecidas.
Recém-chegados a Lisboa, os KÉK pretendem redefinir os modos de descobrir os bairros em redor da Trienal – Alfama, Costa do Castelo e São Vicente – tocando a muitas portas durante a sua estadia: tanto num sentido literal, como exploratório e figurativo. Este programa participativo tem como objectivo abrir novos debates, apresentar boas práticas e facilitar a co-criação de uma visita sustentável através de uma selecção de iniciativas locais no domínio das artes, do design e da arquitectura.  
  O programa de eventos comunitários no Palácio Sinel de Cordes realiza-se entre 23 e 25 de Novembro. As equipas do KÉK e da Trienal de Lisboa convidam toda a gente a participar neste processo exploratório da cidade através de workshops, apresentações, exposições, passeios pedestres, sessões de cinema e uma noite de intercâmbio gastronómico.

 O QUE ESPERAR COMO PARTICIPANTE?
Na quinta-feira, 10h: Passeios a pé exploram o bairro do Palácio com base na cartografia colaborativa do território, co-criada por ateliers ou profissionais de arquitectura lisboetas 
Na quinta-feira 18h30: Inauguração da exposição fotográfica comunitária sobre portas entre Lisboa e Budapeste + 19h Noite de cinema com projecção do filme Silêncio - Vozes de Lisboa 
Na sexta-feira, 19h: Apresentação de projectos especiais de Lisboa e Budapeste que abordam de forma inovadora e criativa a questão do turismo  
Sábado, 16h — 22h: Noite de Intercâmbio Gastronómico

  KÉK TAKEOVER / TRIENAL DE LISBOA  
2023. november 23-24-25-én a KÉK Lisszabonba utazik a Trienal de Arquitectura de Lisboa szervezőinek meghívására. A KÉK Takeover Fest során három napra a KÉK csapata szervez változatos programokat a Palácio Sinel de Cordes épületében “10 Different Ways to Knock on Doors” címmel. A programok során a fenntartható turizmus lehetőségeit vizsgáljuk meg különböző nézőpontokból. Készülünk közösségi fotókiállítással, filmvetítéssel, helyi építészirodák által készített térképpel, szakmai workshoppal és előadói esttel is. 
Hogyan járulhatunk hozzá turistaként a helyi ökoszisztémához? Mit adhatnak a turisták a helyi közösségnek? 
Újonnan érkezve a városba a KÉK célja, hogy újrafogalmazza a Lisszaboni Triennálét körülvevő városrészek, az Alfama, Costa do Castelo és a São Vicente, felfedezésének lehetőségeit. Hogyan kopogjunk egyszerre 10 ajtón? Konkrét és átvitt értelemben is kísérletet teszünk erre, lisszaboni tartózkodásunk során. A program új diskurzusok, viták indítására, jó gyakorlatok bemutatására és a fenntartható turizmus közös létrehozásának elősegítésére összpontosít a művészetek, a design és az építészet területén működő helyi kezdeményezések meghívásával.
