For thousands of years, men of all cultures have been sitting in circles and sharing their lives with each other. They have shared openly about their struggles and challenges, celebrated as well as grieved, dealt with conflict and made conscious decisions about their lives.
Today, men's circles are strangely an anomaly, but if we are to live and understand what healthy, authentic masculinity looks like, it is essential we learn to reconnect with each other at depth once more.
This circle is a grounded, non-judgmental space for men to connect and support each other through honesty and open communication. To be a part of the conversation around what it means to be a man today. And to navigate through the ups and downs of our lives, together.

This group is for you if:
- You want more healthy male connection in your life
- You crave a space where men can take off the masks of role and performances
- You question things like meaning and purpose, or the role of a man today's world
- You want to be part of a down-to-earth group of men that respect, encourage and support each other

About the Special Guest:
I‘m Shane Melaugh, a former martial arts and self defense instructor and university drop-out turned entrepreneur. For me, entrepreneurship was always mostly about self development. I had to overcome my weaknesses, develop my skills and shape my mindset to have any chance of success. After selling my business, I started working more directly in the area of self improvement and through running men‘s groups I realized that porn addiction is a major obstacle for men. It‘s one of the biggest things that keeps them stuck in boyhood, essentially. So I started teaching a wholistic approach to overcoming the addiction and starting that transition into manhood, which I teach at QuitByHealing.
