Even though presenting challenges, cities can be huge markets for new tech companies.In this edition of Porto Startup Coffee we’ll hear first hand from a tech company that has been working with cities on an international level, promoting innovation and supporting smart city strategies.
We’ll welcome Ricardo Vitorino (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ricardo-vitorino-59ab6237/), R&I Manager, and Francisco Monsanto (https://www.linkedin.com/in/fmonsanto/), Software Engineer at Ubiwhere, a software and R&D company for the Smart Cities, Telecommunications and Internet of the Future sectors, founded in 2007.
Under the smart cities theme, you’ll also hear about Synchronicity, a project that involves several cities across the world, including Porto, that aims to shape a global market based on the needs of the cities and soon will launch a €3M Open Call for tech SMEs.
