One hour sweat with Gautier, one hour 15 mins stretch with Lucia.
We start the class with an intense warm-up, using exercises for a complete cardio workout, strengthening and toning different muscle groups. What are the benefits of regular training:

At the end of the class, you will feel balanced and grounded.
Depending on the number of people who attend, we can also introduce boxing techniques - progressing each week. This also depends on material and equipment.
Directly after the class there is a yoga class designed to stretch your tired muscles and relax the body fully.
Its the perfect combination and the best way to start your week. Boxing is taught by Gautier, Yoga by Lucia.
Each class is 5 euros if you stay for both. If you just come to yoga its 7 euros
